As of August 2026, BANTERAS officially operates across all 13 states and 3 federal territories in Malaysia — from Perlis in the north to Sabah and Sarawak in East Malaysia.
This nationwide expansion means: - Complaints from any state are now handled with local context - Field operations can be coordinated more efficiently - Victims in East Malaysia now have direct access to BANTERAS support
